About me
I know what it feels like to question yourself.
To lose sight of who you are.
To wonder whether you’re really capable of becoming the woman you want to be.
Because I’ve been there.
Before I started my own transformation journey, I struggled with confidence and self-belief. I constantly felt like I was playing small, worrying too much about what other people thought, second-guessing myself and holding myself back in so many areas of my life.
Then I stepped into a gym.
At the time, my intentions were simple: lose some weight and become more physically confident.
I had absolutely no idea I was about to embark on a journey that would change far more than my body!
Fitness taught me discipline, resilience and consistency. It taught me how to keep promises to myself, do hard things even when I didn’t feel like it, and, perhaps most importantly, start questioning what I was actually capable of.
And that curiosity changed everything.
In June 2017, I randomly submitted an application to join the Royal Air Force. I say “randomly” because, at the time, I was far from the confident woman I am today.
I’d spent much of my younger years feeling like I was being doubted, sometimes by the very people who were supposed to encourage me. Tutors, teachers, mentors and role models had all, in different ways, contributed to the belief that perhaps certain things just weren’t for me.
When I told my college I was leaving to join the RAF, I was even told:
“It’s not for everyone.”
And maybe it wasn’t.
But I decided it could be for me.
I felt the fear. I felt the doubt. And I did it anyway!!
I went on to serve just short of five years in the Royal Air Force as an Air and Space Operations Specialist.
And honestly?
It was one of the best things I could have done for that under-confident version of myself.
My time in the military taught me so much about who I am, how I work, what motivates me and, most importantly... what I’m capable of when I stop letting self-doubt make my decisions for me.
Eventually, I left my military career behind because I discovered a different kind of purpose: helping other people discover what they’re capable of too.
I became a coach. I started my own business. And here we are.
Since 2021, I’ve helped more than 1,000+ individuals through coaching, gyms, online programmes, workshops and events, while personally guiding more than 200 women through their own life-changing transformations.
And I’m still learning.
I continue to invest in coaching, mentorship and my own personal and professional development because I genuinely believe that the best coaches never stop growing, questioning, learning and evolving.
And that brings me to SheCan. The SheCan Method.
Everything I offer today is built around one mission:
To help women build strength, create lasting habits, develop deep self-belief and step confidently into the woman they’ve always known they could be.
The woman who trusts herself.
The woman who keeps promises to herself.
The woman who stops playing small.
The woman who knows SHE CAN.
The SheCan Method is completely unique to me - shaped by my own experiences, nearly five years of coaching, the women I’ve had the privilege of working with and everything I believe about what it truly takes to create lasting transformation.
It’s not about becoming someone else.
It’s about discovering what’s already within you, and giving yourself the tools, confidence and support to become her.
I've always coached differently.
I’ve never believed that coaching should be about giving you another list of things you should be doing.
Another meal plan.
Another workout programme.
Another set of rules to follow.
Because you don’t need someone else telling you what to do.
You need to understand why you do what you do, learn how to trust yourself and develop the skills to make choices that support the woman you want to become... even when life gets busy, motivation disappears or things don’t go to plan.
That’s why my coaching has always gone beyond fitness. Yes, we’ll work on your strength, movement, nutrition and habits. They are all foundations that support who you're becoming.
But we’ll also work on the things underneath them... your confidence, self-belief, identity, mindset and relationship with yourself.
Because I don’t just want to help you get results. I want to help you become the kind of woman who can create and maintain those results without constantly needing someone else to tell her what to do.
I want you to leave coaching feeling stronger, more capable and more confident in yourself than when you started.
And I want the changes we make together to extend far beyond our time together.
That is what true transformation means to me.
It’s not becoming a completely different person.
It’s becoming more of you... with the strength, self-belief and tools to live life on your own terms.
That’s the foundation of the SheCan Method.

Every chapter of my own journey, has led me to helping other women make impactful change to their own lives.
I know exactly how it feels to want something different for yourself but not know how to actually make it happen.
My own transformation journey has inspired me to help as many women as possible discover their true capabilities.
